- Can I seat families together?
- Yes. Give guests the same party name, like "Patel family", when you add or edit them. When you drop one of them on a table, Seatwell offers to seat the rest of the party there too.
- Can I keep two guests apart?
- Yes. Mark two guests to keep apart, and Seatwell warns you whenever they end up at the same table. It never moves anyone for you.
- Does it have a head table and a sweetheart table?
- Yes. Add round tables with up to 40 seats each, rectangle tables, long banquet tables, a head table and a sweetheart table. Name or number each one, then drag it where you want it on the plan.
- Can I plan the rehearsal dinner too?
- Yes. One plan holds up to 10 layouts with the same guest list, such as the rehearsal dinner and the reception. One Wedding pass covers every layout in your event, and you choose which one guests see when they look up their table.
- How do guests find their table on the day?
- With the Wedding pass, put the QR sign by the door or send the link in a message. Guests type at least 3 letters of their name and see their table. The page never shows the whole guest list.
- How much is the Wedding pass?
- $15 + tax where it applies, paid once for your wedding. There's no subscription, and you can get a full refund within 14 days. Making and printing your seating chart stays free.
